Please note: For international purchases over $800USD, duties and taxes are to be paid upon delivery and they will be the customers responsibility. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, shipment destination, and the value of the purchase.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Returns
We only accept returns within 14 days of the date you received your order.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Please note that opened matcha cannot be returned due to food safety measures.
Refunds:
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It will be at our discretion; our team will assess the returned items and contact you regarding our decision. Please allow for 14 days for a refund to reach your account if granted.
Damaged Items:
If your package arrives damaged, please email us with multiple photos, and a member of our team will get in touch with you shortly.
