How to prepare
Ceremonial Matcha
Step 1:
1 teaspoon (2g) Matcha Powder
Tip: Sift your matcha powder for a smooth cup.
Step 2:
60ml Water heated to 80°C
Avoid boiling water as this will burn the tea leaves.
Step 3:
Whisk til Frothy & Creamy
Use your Bamboo Whisk in "W" motions.
Step 4:
Pour over 150ml of Milk & Enjoy!
Tip: Use less milk for a richer matcha taste.
