this matcha is literally so tasty. i love that it’s single cultivar Okumidori, it has a naturally nutty, sweet like chocolate taste, that is so amazing. i make mine with oat milk & ice, no sweetener as it is literally sweet enough on its own & this has quickly become one of my favourites i have ever tried! i will be ordering again soon!

I am so happy I found Kuru Matcha. It reminds me of the matcha I drank in Uji, Kyoto it's that good!

Kuru's ceremonial grade powder has a beautiful green colour, tastes of bright sweet and umami flavours, and makes the perfect microfoam.

Bonus: Kuru the mascot is super sweet, the packaging is amazing and the little postcard art is so cute. I am in love.

The grade of the powder is apparent with the bright green, the taste is smooth and makes a well rounded cup of matcha. The cutest packaging came with and I appreciate the effort in the complimentary post card!

I decided to treat myself to the deluxe set and I fear this may have kicked off an addiction! This set is perfect for beginners as it includes everything you need. The quality of the matcha powder itself is great as well.

the aroma was amazing after opening (sweet, floral, earthy) it smelled quite like white chocolate, color is a very vibrant green, so smooth and frothy when whisked, the umami rating is a 9.8/10, it's very rich, nutty & sweet tasting and it has no astringent aftertaste.

pairs perfectly with macadamia milk and a little bit of honey:)

I purchased the deluxe set as a little present to myself. I was really impressed with the packaging, it really does make you feel like you’re opening an intricate gift set. The matcha itself is a vibrant green (pictures don’t do it justice), froths very nicely, and has a slight sweetness and creaminess to it. I love pairing it with a small splash of honey and Bonsoy milk, match(a) made in heaven. Customer service was very quick and responsive! Thank you Kuru, I will be back 🤌🏼

i have tried a few matcha brands, and none have come close to the quality and amount of thought that goes into kuru matcha!!! shipping was extremely fast i almost couldn’t believe it. the presentation inside the box, 10/10 it made me feel like i was opening a christmas present. i bought both kinds of matcha, one for myself and one as a christmas gift. bright green, soo smooth and not bitter at all. i am so impressed, ill be back! xxx
